The 2010 Championship Yearbook will contain a section recognizing all 2010 Scholastic Class participants who will be graduating from high school this year. The graduates will also be recognized during a ceremony at the Circuit Championships, and receive a "Diploma". Please describe yourself on this form and spell carefully and neatly (including any capitol letters and punctuation). I´m sure you don´t want to be left out or have something printed inaccurately.
You can now submit your ageout information online, and even send your digital photo for inclusion in the yearbook. Just complete the form below, browse to attach your photo (you can send two different photos if you are not sure, and I will pick the photo which has the best technical quality for inserting into the printed Yearbook) then click on Submit. Please type in the security code shown - this prevents automatic systems from scanning our website and submitting garbage. I will send you an email to confirm that I have received your information, and I will post a link where you can also check to be sure that your ageout information will be in the Yearbook.
You should send a photograph with this online form. The photo is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. The file should be a JPG or EPS or TIFF, and should be at 300dpi. The most common method would be to use a digital camera, then download the photo from your camera to your computer´s hard drive, then submit it here (similar to Facebook and similar online photo sharing websites). Please note that your photo here will NOT be posted on any website or shared anywhere. It will simply be inserted into the printed Yearbook, then the digital photo file will be deleted.
If you do not have a digital photo to send, that´s fine, you can mail a printed photo. Please make sure that you lightly pencil your name and color guard on the back of the photo. Again, the photo is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. The picture should be at least wallet size for proper scanning. Your photo must be able to be scanned. Color or black and white photos are OK. Tiny photos, printouts from inkjet printers on plain paper, photocopies of a photo, etc are NOT OK. Your picture will be returned to you in an envelope to your unit at Circuit Championship.
If you are having trouble getting a photo, please let me know, and send in your information anyway - I will reserve space for your photo.

I need to have received your online application or your printed form by Sunday, March 7, 2010, in order to ensure that it will be in the Yearbook. This is an absolute deadline and due to the enormous amount of work involved in laying out the yearbook in time for printing and delivery by the time of Circuit Championship, ALL requests received after March 7 may not be included in the yearbook.
