Twelve MWCGC units at 2008 WGI !
There were twelve MWCGC units at WGI this year, and all of them were wonderful on and off the floor,
reflecting the positive spirit of their units, the MWCGC, and the Winter Guard activity...
Whitnall HS, Lincoln Way East HS, LaPorte HS, Naperville Central HS, & Chesterton HS all competed .....
Both LaPorte HS and Lincoln Way East HS made semi-finals .... and in the Scholastic A Finals, LaPorte HS earned 6th place with a score of 91.5 ..... CONGRATULATIONS !!
Evolution, from Sheboygan, WI, competed ..... in prelims on April 10.
Lake Central HS, Andrew HS, Marian Catholic HS, & Lake Park HS all competed in prelims .....
Both Marian Catholic HS and Lake Central HS made semi-finals ..... and in the Scholastic Open Finals, Marian Catholic HS earned 8th place with a score of 87.5 ..... CONGRATULATIONS !!
Independence and Velocity both competed in independent open class prelims .....
Independence made semi-finals ..... CONGRATULATIONS !!
