TERM/HOURS

    - June 2017– November 2017

    - Varies from 5-15 hours per week (dependent on performance schedule needs)
QUALIFICATIONS
    - Previous color guard experience in college, DCI or WGA
    - Experience with flag work and routine writing
    - Experience with marching band drill reading
    - Experience with body movement and visuals/dance
    - Rifles and sabre experience not required
    - Excellent professional communication skills with students, parents and colleagues
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
    - Work under the direct supervision of the director of bands during the Marching Warriors summer through fall season.
    - Organize and communicate with current and new color guard members and parents
    - Recruit new members through assistance with director of bands
    - Choreograph, teach and clean flag and visual routines for Marching Warriors performances
    - Choreograph, teach and clean flag routine for annual Variety Show performances in November
SALARY
    - Starting salary at 0-2 years previous experience is $3,107.00
    - Salary increase based on more experience/consecutive years in District 207 as coach
    - Stipended position paid over multiple increments, specifics given during interview process
